For more than 50 years our Pit Master has been involved in the professional BBQ world.  It all started in Central Alabama learning from World Class BBQ Masters.  Open pit, Chimney smoker, ground pit, tank smokin’; all the meats, stews and vegetables. If it cooks we’ve cooked it!  The Real Southern Style Slow Smoked process along with Greek, Cuban, Cajun, and Mexican, influences.  It doesn’t get any better than 10Buck2.
